The Little Foxes

The protagonist of Project Foxblood is, unsurprisingly, a fox. This nameless princess is the last of the Kitsune, themselves the last clan of foxes.

In this world, the foxes have ever danced to their own tune, unconcerned with the rigid order and structure of the world and society. They are artists, actors, dancers, creators – and tricksters. Ever laughing at the follies of kings and knights and lords, the foxes have few friends and many enemies.

Yet it was not until a fateful event that all the world turned upon them, and the great kings issued a proclamation that would soak the land in blood.
